Review for Lizzi Gage – Hypnotherapy & Past Life Regression Over the past few weeks, I’ve been arriving early to our centre to prioritise my own self-care—taking the opportunity to experience hypnotherapy and past life regression sessions with Lizzi. This time with her has been truly transformative. I’ve had several hypnotherapy sessions and one past life regression, and each one has helped me uncover and understand deep emotional patterns and beliefs that were keeping me stuck in cycles of pain and limitation. Lizzi holds such a safe, grounded, and compassionate space. Her intuitive presence and gentle guidance have helped me access the root causes of what’s been holding me back. Since beginning this work, I’ve felt a real shift in how I show up in the world. I feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to the woman I’m becoming. Where I once felt stagnant, I now feel empowered. I’m no longer trapped in old stories—I feel expansive, free, and more at peace. We are so lucky to have someone like Lizzi in our community—someone who can guide us through the inner work of untangling emotional knots and limiting thought patterns that keep us small. I’m deeply grateful for our sessions and look forward to continuing this journey. Thank you, Lizzi! I have attended many of Lizzi's group sound healing meditations. The combination of crystal singing bowls and directed meditation provides a unique holistic experience. Not being a person who meditates easily, I found these sessions truly impactful with a deep sense of calm, balance, presence and focus.  I have also been privileged to participate in a face to face soul realignment and harmonic reiki sound healing treatment. I found the soul realignment started my journey of self-realization combining a blend of introspection, affirmation, and actionable strategies. I had trust in Lizzi to conduct an energetic property clearing which was insightful and assisted us with the intentions we wanted to live by in the home and cleared any negative or dissident energies that may have affected that. The effect of this energetic property clearing has been noticeable. I found the effect of undertaking the soul realignment and 21 day homework profound. If you are questioning weather this treatment is for you then it's probably a yes.

I was a bit unsure what to make of the Soul Realignment when I first read about it. It sounded amazing, but could it really be life changing? Does it really work? If that sounds familiar, let me tell you my experience of this treatment. The reason for seeking help was with an anger I have had since childhood. Through my work as a Yoga, meditation and Qigong teacher, I have never been able to fully control these negative feelings. I was feeling depleted and desperate. I knew when Lizzi had done the clearing, as I suddenly felt lighter. I'm now at the end of my 21 days homework, and I have continued to feel lighter, happier and more content, and no more anger or frustration. I now understand where this anger comes from, and feel as if I know myself to the core; know myself inside out. I am at such peace now, and with Lizzi's help and guidance, truly have nurtured my soul. Don't let yourself get desperate and depleted; take a leap of faith that the universe (and Lizzi) will provide for you, you wont be disappointed.

Lizzi cleared my house when I first moved into my new home. She made the process feel safe and secure and I just had to give her permission to access the energies for my address. It was really easy! Despite it being a new house, she cleared negative anger spears from those who were jealous of the purchase, gave me a history of the land where I lived, and secured my home spiritually to support and protect it as a place of love, security and support. I feel comforted that the negative energies have been cleared and will always ask Lizzi back to clear any new place I move into - it gives me a sense of peace of mind that while living in this world, I can minimize the impact of any negative energies around me, and maximize that positive energy that helps me and my loved ones flourish.

I volunteered to be hypnotised and led through past life regressions whilst Lizzi was training and it has been a beautiful, healing journey of discovery. I felt supported and safe through the whole process. The past life regression sessions showed me emotional patterns which with Lizzi's guidance, have been healed, leaving me stronger, more confident, no more bad dreams, and an overall feeling of lightness as the emotional baggage is shed. I jokingly said one day "can you stop my sugar cravings!" I am a borderline diabetic and knew I was walking a fine line with the daily chocolate binges. A short and simple hypnosis and I'm cured of my sugar addiction! Not only am I healthier, but have peace of mind that diabetes remains borderline.
